M7208 Telephone Set

This basic telephone is ideal for users who need access to a just a few lines, programmable features, and autodial numbers. The M7208 is well suited for areas with shared telephones, like manufacturing plants, retail departments, or repair centers.

M7310 Telephone Set

This full-featured telephone is designed for users with more extensive calling and call handling requirements and ideal for users who often call the same customers, suppliers, or accounts. The LCD window and soft keys make this telephone extremely easy to use.

  • 12 dual-function memory buttons provide quick access to 24 additional frequently-used features or autodial numbers

M7324 Nortel Telephone

The M7324 telephone set is best used as a console phone for medium sized to large companies. It has 22 buttons with lights next to each button. This allows the user to have up to 22 lines viewed on the phone. Another good application is to program the extra buttons as other extension numbers. This will allow the user to see who is on the other phones in the office and to handle calls more efficiently. It is also a two-way speakerphone and can be wall mounted. The phone can be expanded to have more line buttons by adding a Key Lamp Module. An M7324 can have a total of two KLM's per phone.

For improved call handling, add a BLF…

Add a Busy Lamp Field (BLF) to the M7310 and see the status of as many as 24 telephones. Excellent for receptionist and secretary positions who need to know whether a phone is idle, busy, or on "Do Not Disturb" before transferring a call.

Compact Integrated Communications System (ICS)
This is the Compact ICS control unit. It has a maximum capability of 8 lines and 24 extensions. The control unit has a built in automated attendant, which is a very desirable feature either for business hours or after business hours. This feature allows customers to direct their own calls to their desired extension. There is also an analog port built-in to the control unit, which will allow for an answering machine to be hooked up and a general mailbox can be put on your system. No more monthly fees to the telephone company for that voicemail on your line. This system is also voicemail compatible.
